All orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt barring extraordinary circumstances or stock outs.

Free Standard Shipping on individual orders arrive in 3-5 days. 

Returns on individual orders are accepted within 30 days of shipment for orders within the Contiguous US.

In the rare circumstance that you received an incorrect order or part of your order is missing or not delivered, you have up to 30-days from the day your order was marked “delivered” to reach out to us so we can accommodate your request. All orders that are past the 30-day mark are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds and any other special adjustments.

All wholesale orders are final. 

Exchange your Clutch if any defects are present up to 1 year after your order with receipt of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are scratched, dented, damaged, unsanitary, or missing major contents may be denied a return or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or may be subject to a restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Clutch’s lifetime warranty purchased is based on the average life expectancy of Clutch’s V3 models of 3 years, sold on https://www.buyclutchcharger.com/en/index-v3.html. Proof of lifetime warranty is required when processing a claim. Lifetime warranty only applies to V3 models that stopped working and/or charging completely. The lifetime warranty does not apply to user’s error, user’s damage and cosmetic damages. Depending on the situation a lifetime warranty may be denied if constant replacements are being requested or suspicion of fraud. Lifetime warranty is valid based on the date of purchase.
